Rotation Day
It's assessment day. You rotate through every desk of the curriculum — ethics, quant, economics, financial reporting, fixed income, derivatives, portfolio management — and at each one you sort a stack of cards into the right bins. Drag, drop, commit, next desk. Every card is scored, so breadth is everything: you can't specialise your way out. And ethics cards are threaded all the way through — a front-running scenario, a CFO nudging you to cook the cash-flow statement, overheard inside information. Misfile ethics and your integrity pays for it, and if integrity runs out you're washed out of the program — however brilliant the rest of your day. Every topic of the course, one rotation.
Ten desks, one stack of cards each. Sort them right — and never, ever misfile ethics.
