1. Who can use Finicade

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’ll keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

When using the community Q&A and any other interactive features, you agree not to:

• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, misleading or spam content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• post investment solicitations, promotions or “tips” to manipulate others;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of the questions and answers you post. By posting, you grant Finicade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so other users can see it. You’re responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Our intellectual property

The Finicade name, logo, course content, code, design and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

7. Third-party services

Signing in with Google or Apple, and any external links, are governed by those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability & changes

Finicade is provided free of charge, and we may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We’ll try to keep the service available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finicade and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from financial decisions you make in reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Termination

You may stop using Finicade at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we’ll update the “Effective” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
