Cash Stuffing
Also called: cash stuffing method, cash budgeting
Cash stuffing is the envelope method rebuilt for social media: withdraw your budget as cash, sort it into labelled pockets, and spend only what's in them. The psychology is real — paying in cash measurably hurts more than tapping a card, so people spend less. The costs are real too: you lose card fraud protection, cashback and the automatic transaction record, and you keep meaningful sums at home. It's best used as a short reset on one or two problem categories, not as a permanent system.
