Product-Market Fit
Also called: PMF, product market fit
Product-market fit is the point where a product satisfies a real demand strongly enough that growth begins pulling the company along rather than being pushed. It's felt before it's measured — usage outpaces sales effort, churn falls, referrals appear. Proxy measures exist, like the share of users who would be very disappointed to lose the product, but the honest test is retention: whether people keep coming back unprompted.
